Trine had already set up BeeHive as a company structure and Switchboard Consulting facilitated the development of an action plan for the first Drama Holiday Camps and a strategy for launching the Beehive Drama School Workshops. We worked with a focused strategy establishing all the elements that were required. BeeHive already had all the resources and Switchboard consolidated and ordered. BeeHive benefited from three brainstorming sessions from which an integrated strategy was formulated giving BeeHive confidence and direction.

Kate is a brilliant business coach with a very positive attitude. Her criticism would only be constructive and she really cares about your company/business as if it were her own. I really needed that push to kick start my drama workshops and Kate was vital in that process.
